Guerdon Modular Buildings is the leading manufacturer of large-scale, commercial modular construction projects in the Western US and Canada.

Guerdon Modular Buildings hired Thrive Web Designs for their site re-design and I was tasked with building out a custom WordPress solution for them. Services included a fully customized WordPress theme utilizing custom post types and custom fields to create a fully featured client interface for managing portfolio projects, case studies, general site presentation, blog organization, and site design.

Project Details

For the Guerdon Modular Buildings site re-design I served in a front-end design and development capacity. Working with provided site mocks and using Thrive’s custom WordPress framework, I implemented the site re-design. This included:

  • Writing the base HTML and CSS
  • Configuration and customization of theme templates and WordPress
  • Designing and building custom post types and custom fields
  • Incorporating and updating site content
  • Various plugin and outside service integrations
  • Moving the updated site from stage to live status
